TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Agreement to Terms
By booking or enquiring about services from Prime Moves Ltd, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Quotations
All quotations are based on information supplied by the customer. Prime Moves reserves the right to revise pricing if actual scope differs materially. Written quotes are valid for 30 days.
3. Booking Confirmation
A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of a signed booking form and/or payment of the agreed deposit.
4. Cancellations & Amendments
- More than 7 days before move date: full deposit refund
- 3–7 days before: 50% of deposit retained
- Less than 72 hours before: full deposit forfeited
- Date amendments subject to availability, minimum 48 hours notice
5. Customer Responsibilities
- Ensure all items to be moved are declared at quotation
- Ensure adequate parking at both collection and delivery addresses
- Ensure clear and safe access to all properties
- Be present or have an authorised representative at both addresses
- Disclose all fragile or high-value items prior to the move
6. Insurance & Liability
Prime Moves carries comprehensive goods in transit and public liability insurance. Liability is limited to the item’s replacement value or the claim limit in our insurance policy.
7. Payment
Full payment is due on completion of the move unless otherwise agreed. We accept bank transfer, card and cash. Late payments may incur a £25 administration fee per 7 days overdue.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
